I am working on a project where customers submit part information into a Microsoft Form. From what I have seen there are two options for connecting to Excel. 1) Live connection and each response is added into the same Excel Sheet. 2) Individual Excel docs for each new response to the form. I am wanting to use the second options, but I am wanting the excel that is generated with the new line of data to have a predetermined format (and other included information). I was considering using Power Automate after the fact to change the formatting, but was wanting to see if anyone knew if Microsoft Forms has the capability to do this without going through a different software?

@stellatrane I'm not sure I entirely understand your requirements but as far as I can yell from what you've posted this isn't possible with Forms.
