I need to create a drop down within Microsoft Forms to allow users to select from a list of documents in the SharePoint file library. The user should be able to select whether the request is for new content, content updates or content dele

@etagarello there's no way to connect your Form to a document library with the standard version of Microsoft Forms (I don't know about Forms Pro/Customer Voice as we don't have it). So the dropdown in the form would need to be manually created & updated.
