I have a MS Form to collect meeting minutes from outdoor toolbox meetings and would like to include some conditional formatting so that when the depot location is selected a list of staff names becomes available (depending on which depot is selected). Is this possible ?

@Sandy_Paterson no, this is not possible in Forms, it cannot do conditional lists like that or lookup information.
