Conditional Emails(notifications) based on Responses

Does Forms allow you set up notification emails that are trigger based on the form response? I know google has that option. My school's organization has purchased office 365, and I would like to use Microsoft forms for school referrals. I need to have notification emails sent to different people based on the the response teachers select.

Not with forms no. However Microsoft flow can easily do this.

If they are all in your org you could also accomplish this with a custom SharePoint list with alerts setup on different views and or a flow as well. But forms with flow is probabaly the easiest.
