I can't find the answer to my problem: Make sure that all members of the 365 organization can modify ALL FORMS forms. Possible ?
Otherwise, the field for collaborating "members of my organization can view and edit content" is greyed out. And yet all the boxes are already checked, including "Share to collaborate on the layout and structure of the form"
