Check Forms Data in Excel

Hello

I design a platform through Forms to request getting new card in my organization. 

I also have an excel contain people who attend the courses so they are only allowed to have the card.

So, when making a new request, system should check the excel data, if the person is there, then approve his request. Otherwise, reject him. 

Any guideline on how to make this system using Forms?

@Aaisha355 you can't do this with Forms on its own as it has no functionality to check anything in Excel or anywhere else. But you can use a flow in Power Automate to grab the response and look up whether the user's email address is in your Excel table. If it is approve the request, otherwise reject it.
