Hello,
I have set up a Likert question for my survey in place of a choice so am not getting the responses correctly (they really need to choose just one option whereas they are choosing multiple). I still want to ask the same question but change the format, which means the question will be split into two separate questions.
I wonder whether it is best to save all the data from the respondents so far and then delete all the responses to capture the new format. Or maybe it is best to just change the question and capture the new data too?
If anyone would be able to provide any insight or if they've done this, I would be eternally grateful.
