We have a requirement for one MS form to help populate another, to help the customer.

 

An example - a customer fills in part 1 - with the information that is given - we ask them to provide more information in part 2.

 

We don't want the customer to put the same information twice, so by entering it first it populates the 2nd

@Matt PICKLES you could use sections within the same form, so after they've completed the first part the second set of supplementary questions appears.
