I've made a form that I am sharing with external parties. The extremely aggravating "phishing protection" that has been implemented won't allow me to access or send out the form. I have disabled phishing protection in Org Settings although this seems to only apply to internal forms. The Exchange Online Phishing setting is "default" and must remain on. I do not see an alert in any of the many O365/Defender/Purvue alert locations that are constantly getting switched around, so I can't click on the event to unblock the hold. I see a vague reference to this feature being "broken" currently. How am I supposed to unblock this form? I can't even access the responses anymore. Maddening! This is why people use SurveyMonkey.
