Can't Start New Form

All I get is the screenshot attached to this. I've been able to open other users forms.

This is the first attempt I've made at using the application so have no idea what's going on.

Hi @mkipling! Are you busy creating a form, or opening a form that is owned/created by someone else?

@Selene Shah Thanks for responding. I'm trying to create a new form. This is on first logging into the web app that I'm seeing the screen attached in the original post.

I have been able to open an existing form.
