Can I have responses go to a different e-mail based on a response within the form?

Copper Contributor

Essentially, I am creating a form for a work request and one of the questions corresponds to which department the request is going to.  Is there a way for the responses to be e-mailed to that department directly based on the department chosen in the question?

Solution

@Javier_Melendez not using forms on its own. But with a flow in Power Automate you can get the form response and using a Switch control based on the answer to the "Department" question, if the answer is "IT" then send an email automatically to designated staff in that department (preferably looked up from a SharePoint list), if it's "Engineering" then send it to those staff etc etc
