Can i change the URL of Microsoft Form?

There is a feedback survey that needed to send out and there will be a TV ad flashed out with the Forms' link to the entire office. however, the default link of Microsoft form is too long, not sure anyways or workaround for me to shorten the URL?

Maybe try URL shortening services like Bitly, Tiny URL, etc?
