Can Forms in Teams submission details include team source

Does a form added in a Team channel tab record the Team / channel a submission was submitted from? In general, I wasn't sure if this info needed to be picked up from Power Automate. Otherwise, would there possibly be a UserVoice for this type of feature?

@toddalexander no it doesn't, it just records who completed the form. UserVoice no longer exists and has been replaced by the feedback portal here.
