Can a Microsoft Form response be sent to multiple recipients upon completion?

I saw a similar question asked but did not understand the solution, nor did I see an area where I could change those settings. Looking for a way for several team members to also receive notification of response when the form is submitted.

@vivianb1163 this needs a flow in Power Automate, it can't be done with just Forms on its own.

Just to clarify, they would be able to access the response to the form correct? Not just get notified that there is a response?
