hello,
I made a form and I would like to use it in many SharePoint Lists so I was wondering if there is a way the form to get the value of the "title" item when I cann the form.
So I am at SharePoint list "A" at item "A1", I call the form and then I write the results through a flow at SharePoint list "B". I would like at SharePoint list "B" to know that the results are related to the item "A1" from SharePoint list "A" title field.
any ideas?
