We have a project where we have created a MS forms that allows staff to send in non urgent requests to coordinators that are working off que in a call centre. The MS form is linked to a MS power automated workflow to send the request to a channel in our MS teams. The staff are asked to input their email address and the work flow shows the email address in the MS teams channel, as it is in the "body of responses". However, we would like the email to be a hyperlink in the body of the message so the person actioning the request can reply directly from the MS teams message.
