Branching upper sections

I am creating an MS Form with several sections, I want the user to be able to go back to any section until he decides to end the form (to review responses), so I created a section with an index to branch all sections. But if the section to branch is above the question, the form sends the answer to the end of the form, “submit” why is that?

@JFlores072 unfortunately it's not possible in Forms (and never has been) to loop back to an earlier part of the form or an earlier section. You can request & vote for features on the official Microsoft Feedback Portal where the Microsoft Forms section is here.
