I have just started using Forms and converted a paper class worksheet to a Form. The quiz had a number of questions whose answer is True/False and I used branching so that if for example Q20 is marked as True, the student is taken to Q22, but if marked as False, the student is shown Q21 where they need to enter their "reason" for replying False. The issue is that the wording refers to a different question number as in the attached photo.
I am in the process of trying to use forms for a formal assessment test and if this happens, I'm afraid the students would be confused. In all fairness, the questions are not shuffled and the shuffle option is switched off.
Any help or information is greatly appreciated.
