Automatically send a customized receipt to respondents outside of my organization using forms

Hi All

I have created a form in Office 365 but need to accept responses and automatically send a customized receipt to respondents outside of my organization.  Can you please assist with how I can do so?

Hi @lindsaym, the best, quickest and easiest way to do this is with Flow. When a new form response is submitted you get the details and send the customised email. You an also store the data to a list in SharePoint if you need to.
