I cant find the setting anymore to make a form NOT anonymous?  Did MS take that away or am I just not seeing it.  I've googled around and followed all instructions I can find but not seeing it?

@Mattw112 Open your form, click the 3 dots in the top right, select Settings then in the Who can fill in this form section select Only people in my organisation can respond.

But I want people outside my company too. I guess I can ask in a field, but would be better not to have to and have at least the email used to sign in passed.

@Mattw112 if you want to have people outside your organisation AND people within your organisation respond to a form then you need to make the form anonymous and ask responders for their email address.
