Adding a new input on the basis of previous input

Hello all,

I'm trying to make a form for a simple survey.

I want to make sure that if the user of the form is giving a lesser value rating, a textbox should appear in which he can specify the reason as to why he gave such an answer.

Is this possible in MS Forms?
