Hi I new in this of Microsoft Forms and i wonder if Is there any way to add the title of a survey in a column to the excel file when generating it? or something like add an invisible question and filled by default?
I hope someone could help me please.

@Juan_Ignacio if you open the results in Excel the spreadsheet name is the name of the form. But I don't think that's what yo want. Alternatively you could use Power Automate to get each form response as it arrives and save it to an Excel spreadsheet with the name of the survey/form in one of the columns. This will help if you have multiple surveys all populating the final spreadsheet
