Accusé réception

Bonjour

J'ai créé un formulaire que n'importe qui peut compléter.  Mais je voudrais que la personne qui complète ce formulaire reçoive une copie du formulaire qu'elle a complété, soit un accusé réception (copie) de son propre formulaire et non toutes les réponses déjà reçues pour ce formulaire.

You'll need to use Power Automate (formerly Flow) for that to happen and will also need an Email field in the form to allow for the responder to receive the results.

Check out this post for an idea but instead of using SharePoint, you can place the responses into an email action.
