Ability to send document to responder

Hello  - I have 'built' a study day evaluation form in Forms and would like to know if it would be possible when a delegate completes the evaluation in Forms could they be sent certificate automatically as a response. Is this a possibility? Fingers crossed x

Hi - are you using Forms or Forms Pro? You could do it with either but would have a few more options with Forms Pro.

You would have an initial survey that you would send to them, making sure you ask their name and email, and whatever else you needed to know. You would then need to use Power Automate which would run when you got a new survey response. You could then use a step from the word connector and populate a template ( for the certificate), then add an action to turn it in to a PDF which you could then use to email back to the student.
