I am new to O365 forms and serve in an admin role. How would/could I access a form that was created by another team member? For example if they have separated from the company.
We don't have feature to transfer ownership for exsiting personal survey.
Currently, there are two ways to access others form.
#1 - Form owner could create "collaborate URL", then other people could access the form by this URL.
#2 - Create a "Forms for Excel" in O365 group. The form will belongs to the O365 group, not the creator. Everyone in the group have the access to the form.
