So I am trying to create a Microsoft form that I will use for file audits in my company.
I am treating each question as a category for my audit. However, each category (i.e. document, verification, calculation, etc) can have multiple errors.
I know I can make a multiple choice, but there are way too many types of errors to make in an array, ideally I would love the option for more than one "other" option that I can write any additional errors.
Or perhaps allow me to write multiple answers for one text question.
Is any of this possible or is there a way around this?
