Help.

I would like to set up a Microsoft forms doc to arrange parent teacher conferences which is sent to parents so that they can select a time slot.  I know it can be done on google docs where once a parents selects a time, that time slot is not available to other parents. Can that be done on Microsoft Forms? Or any other Microsoft doc?

Regards,

Help please,

I would like to ask four questions three times over in one form, like a goto and count type approach.

eg

 name

date

Pupil 1

             Q1

             Q2

            Q3

Pupil 2

           Q1

          Q2

          Q3

Pupil 3

          Q1

         Q2

         Q3

End

All data under 3 questions, feels like branching plus count.

Is it possible?

Thanks

Gracias

Hi Everybody,

I am looking for help regarding Microsoft Quizzes. Specifically if there is a feature, that triggers a kind of "reward" if people doing the quiz reach e.g. more than 90% score. So for example what I am looking for would be an automatically triggered e-mail (or whatever) , where I can add a customized badge or certificate for everybody who scored above 90% within the quiz.

Does anybody have experience or advice on this ?

Thank you and appriciate your help.

@Rob_Poulin hi, yes this should be possible within MS Forms. I think this is what you might need: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/check-and-share-your-quiz-results-c4a9b45c-d62f-4eb7-b5db... .

Hello

Is there any way to populate fields in Forms, apart from manually? Import from a list would be a life-saver!

Thanks

@teacher_france this can't be done with the regular Forms app, you would need Forms Pro for this and then some data can be pre-populated via variables or from a record in the Common Data Service (CDS).

Hello @RobElliott

Thanks for the reply. We are using Forms via Office365, how do I know if we have FormsPro or not?

Silver Contributor

@teacher_france it will say Forms Pro in the top left of the screen.

It does !

so "data can be pre-populated via variables or from a record in the Common Data Service"

Could you give me some pointers as to how I could do this as a user? (I'm not the Office365 administrator).

Many thanks for your help!

hey,
I remember there was a way to send a forms link to students using Win10. The link to the forms was will not allow students to open other tabs on the computer until they completed the test. Where do I see this option?

Bonjour,

Est ce possible de changer les couleurs de mes graphes dans Microsoft Forms ?

Cordialement,

Hello!

I am using the free version of MS Forms and saw there was a limit of 200 responses for each form. Is it possible, once we reach the max to download and delete those old responses so we can receive more? My case # reference is 7030003570. Please let me know as soon as you can.

Thanks in advance for your help!
