Design Intelligence in Microsoft Forms

We’re thrilled to announce our new feature, Forms design intelligence, which we’re rolling out and it will soon be available for all customers!

Forms design intelligence can help you quickly create a clean and concise survey. Here’s an example of how it can change your experience using Forms:

Imagine you’re a Marketing Manager who just organized a customer event over the weekend for 1,000 attendees. Now it’s Monday and your manager asked how to make the next event even better. Perfect opportunity to send out a survey! The best time to send out a survey is within a short time window of an event and capture attendees while they’re still engaged, so you need to act fast. In Forms, you type the title of the survey: “Contoso event feedback.” Forms provides a suggested set of questions. You can choose to select a few or add all.

You select all suggested questions and add two additional ones including, “What is your job title?” When you type an option, “Sales,” Forms provides other recommendations, such as “Research,” “HR,” and “Legal.” You pick the ones relevant to your organization.

 

Based on your question about job title, Forms provides more suggested questions for your survey. You select, “What is your gender?”

                 

Done! With just 8 typed words and 10 clicks, Forms design intelligence helped you craft a survey in 5 minutes and it’s ready to send out.

Before adding more enhancements, I would really love to see the Forms team address the number 1 missing feature preventing adoption in our (and many other) organizations: the lack of any reasonable method for logging out of Forms after completing a quiz. Just add a logout link! What is so hard about adding a logout link or button?

What does "soon" mean? Any idea when these new features will be available to all? Saw them all at Ignite and would love to start trying them and teaching others in our organization.

I agree with @Christopher Scott Loveless, when will all of the recent features from Ignite for Forms be rolled out for testing and teaching other staff members @Si Meng  I've seen some of the branding and customization like for Thank You messages but interested in the Ideas feature.

Still waiting to see when the "Ideas" feature will rollout with Forms.  Any idea when?  I just created a sample event survey and don't see it yet.

I'm new to this group.  Is there a list of templates already developed? I'm trying to glean from others on developing my TEAMs form-survey for staff and connected to excel spreadsheet for results.  Thanks!
