When does an account show up under Work or school account settings

Hi all,

I am not really sure what forum this goes in but i have a Windows 10 Pro laptop and a Windows 10 VM.

Both domain joined

both hybrid azure ad joined

Output from dsregcmd /status both show:

AzureAdJoined : YES

DomainJoined : YES

AzureAdPrt : YES

On my actual work laptop i do not have my work account showing up under Settings > Account > Work or school account.. It just shows the domain connection.

On my VM it show 2 accounts - domain joined and my work or school account connected to Azure AD

We have Seamless SSO and passthrough authentication enabled in case that makes a difference

unsure on how this work?

Hi @RippieUK good afternoon. 

What Windows 10 Version you have on the laptop and VM, is the same?

Are you using Intune, are these computers enrolled MDM?

I recommend you upgrade to 20H2. here you have more info.
