Should Exchange Health Mailboxes be synced to AzureAD?

I'm trying to trim our AAD user accounts a bit, by identifying accounts which are synced from on-prem AD but not needed in AAD, such as service accounts.  Is there any reason in a hybrid exchange environment that the healthmailboxes would need to be synced to AAD?

No, no use for them to be synced, apart from creating confusion.
