As we all now SSPR has features to register, unlock and reset new password.
It has no feature to change new password. To change new password, user has to go to office 365 portal or visit myapp site.
Generally the when change new password, the link goes to https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/ChangePassword.aspx
The IE will detect the language settings and make the page the same language.
Is there a way to navigate to local language via url: to https://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/ChangePassword.aspx
