Trying to gain a greater insight into a state from the below article. The statement in question is
Hybrid Azure AD join is not supported on Windows down-level devices when using credential roaming or user profile roaming or mandatory profile.

Trying to understand is it a technical limitation and will out right prevent these machines from joining, or will they join and something misbehave. Any idea's one this one?
