B2B use cases

Ram here. I've got few questions on usecase scenarios to make few architectural recommendations:

1. Do you have any usecases and architectural solutions in integrating B2B with on-premise organisation ADs and services such as portals hosted on Azure infrastructure ?
2. Can B2B be integrated with Web hosted solutions on Azure which are external facing for partners, customers etc ?
3. Can B2B be used along with the B2C on the same portal. E.g for individual customers who can access an external site by registering on B2C, however, large companies (external) can integrate via B2B ?

2. Yes. B2B users will be able to access any application that is integrated with Azure AD.

Did the guidance for on-prem app access for B2B ever get published?
I'm also interested in running through a number of use cases for architectural designs with B2B.
