New users not showing in user list in Azure Active Directory after sync

I created a couple hundred new accounts in our local AD.  None of the accounts are showing up in the users list in O365 or Azure AD.  AD Connect seems to be syncing correctly.  I'm not getting any errors.  I've made changes to these accounts and AD Connect is seeing the changes.  The accounts aren't being added to the users list for Azure AD.  Any help to point me in the right direction would be appreciated.

Check for the object in the Metaverse, and each Connector space as detailed here:


If you can see them in all these but not in the portal, open a support case.

@K12TechManDo you have Staging mode enabled on AAD Connect?  That would be a reason why Exports in AAD Connect are not occurring.  The active AAD Connect server needs to not be in staging mode.
