group based licensing

Hello,

I like to use group based licensing. I have two questions on it.

What is when we don’t have enough license? For example, 100 persons are now in the list and we have 100 licenses, it works fine. Now we add 5 persons to the list, before we buy the 5-missing license.

Can we use nested groups for group based licensing?
