Delete permanently users greyed out in preview mode

It is not possible to permanently delete an account in the preview view with an account that has a User Administrator role.

1) User with role User Administrator

2) In preview mode Bulk restore, Delete permanently and Restore users are greyed out

3) And Classic view

Works fine here. But being a preview, you can expect some issues I suppose.
