I am trying to integrate Azure Active Directory with AWS by following this tutorial: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/aws-multi-accounts-tutorial
At the step to add the AWS app from Azure AD Gallery, I cannot find the Amazon Web Services (AWS) app (see attached screenshot). I manage three Azure subscriptions/tenants (two in Singapore and one in Hong Kong) and I cannot find this AWS app in either of them. Is the AWS app available to certain Azure AD subscriptions only? Is this a regional restriction? Has this app been deprecated?
I cannot find any information anywhere on the internet about why this app is missing from my 3 tenants. Even AWS documentation refers to this AWS app in the Azure AD Gallery (for example https://aws.amazon.com/blogs/security/how-to-automate-saml-federation-to-multiple-aws-accounts-from-...).
