In the new Skype Academy: Call Queues training, they reference the groups have to be replicated from the Azure Active Directory (AAD) to the Azure Address Book Service (AABS).

I hadn't heard of the AABS before and have found little information on it asside from a PowerShell command and some monitoring packs. Is this just Microsoft Online's implementation of the old OCS/Lync Address Book Service, is it just for use within Office 365, will it be available as a separate service, can we trigger the replications from AAD, etc?
Just curious if anyone had any details about "AABS".
Thank you!

I searched on 'azure address book service' because it was mentioned in Ignite 2017 session BRK3036, the only reference I found is this post. :)
