Azure AD Sync issue with AD

I have 1 user that will not sync from AD to my Azure AD account.  It states that the sync was successful but none of the info such as office, title, phone numbers are showing in Azure.

If I understand correctly the user has been synced to the cloud but information like office, title, phone numbers did not synced?

Step 1 - Check the on premise UPN and cloud UPN is both are same. Also check the attribute list below and ensure that you have populated values in the current attributes

Step 2 - If UPN of the cloud user and on premise user matches and other values too, look at the AD Connect Metaverse and see if the information has been updated till the AD Connect. UPN's are the same.  It is showing me that it is syncing and the data is already there. However it is not showing in azure.  Almost like it is stating the data is a duplicate of the information already in azure but no info is in azure. @Jai Verma
