Access when all Users Blocked

Guys, say I make a mistake in my conditional access polices thus blocking all users from the sign-in to the tenant. How to recover? Can support access in such scenarios?

In that case, you need to contact Microsoft support through phone:

But as a general rule, always setup an emergency account that is excluded of all policies.
