We are pleased to announce that Endpoint Analytics, the cloud service that helps you optimize end-user experience in your organization, is now generally available in Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center. Endpoint Analytics helps identify policies or hardware issues that may be slowing down devices and allows IT to take action proactively before users experience any disruption or generate a help desk ticket. We have a come a long way since announcing public preview in June this year, with thousands of organizations already using Endpoint Analytics.

Endpoint Analytics can alert you to issues that might be negatively impacting end-user experience as they are happening – and often before your end users call the helpdesk, or even realize something is wrong. And by placing insights about your environment alongside aggregated, anonymized insights from other Endpoint Analytics customers, we can help you determine which behaviors are unique to your environment – and likely caused by poor configurations – versus which behaviors appear to be part of a broader pattern.

With millions of devices already enrolled in the service, and counting, Endpoint Analytics has the intelligence to provide you with insights that are actionable, contextual, and timely across Startup performance and Recommended software. With the power of the Microsoft intelligent cloud and deep integration across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, you can go beyond raw data to serve up insights and recommendations that help guide you toward impactful changes.

We also give you the power of Proactive remediations to automatically detect and remediate some of the top issues that are hampering your end-users’ productivity, while significantly reducing the volume of helpdesk calls brought on by these issues. You can start by using the built-in proactive remediation authored by Microsoft, or leverage scripts created by the IT Pro community, or author your own to tackle the top recurring items in your environment.

Endpoint Analytics is also a component of Microsoft Productivity Score. For wide-ranging visibility, insights  and actions to understand and improve your organization’s productivity, we encourage you to sign up for the Productivity Score Preview and make sure you’re getting the most out of your Microsoft 365 investment.

We are thrilled to make Endpoint analytics generally available, and we hope you will take advantage of all it has to offer. Over time, we will continue to evolve existing reports and introduce new features to address feedback from our customers. We encourage you to let us know what you think by using the hashtag #EndpointAnalytics on Twitter.
