Users can already see their collaboration via the Cortana email and other scores. Do you think it would be possible to add EndPoint Analytics "Scores" to the Company Portal. Then the user can see their machine score, boot time, and number of crash data, slow apps. Not as detailed as the MEM portal but enough to understand. "Why is my machine slow", Why I keep seeing application crash notification" how does my machine rank against all devices, same models, etc. Moving more to the user for self-service knowledge would allow them to take action. They can already perform a Reset from the Company Portal, at least now they will know if they should. Recommend a new machine, depending on analytics and if checkbox "allow user to see replacement recommendation"
