Web content filter or Web protection

Hi,

I am looking for a way to report on web browsing activity on a user level in Microsoft defender security center Web Protection.

Has anyone achieved this successfully?  ie reporting on per user web browsing activity?

@KojoOsiris Just for clarity are you looking to review ALL browsing history, or just that history that tripped a phishing/malware warning or might have violated a policy in some way?

All browsing history pls. For example, I have had a request to produce a user's browsing history within a time range.
