MsSense.exe APPCRASH Windows server 2019

Hello everybody,

We are facing a repeated crash of Windows Defender Advanced Threat Protection Service on some of Windows 2019 Servers Azure Arc Onboarded Servers (Application Servers):

We are currently using MS defender for cloud (extension MDE.Windows Version 1.0.8.5), before that we were using MS Defender for endpoint.

Does anyone have an idea on how to resolve this issue please. We have tried to disable the service from registry Keys but this action is not permitted.

Hi Hajer, I am sorry to read you are facing such an issue. I would recommend to contact our support for help, this doesn't sounds like a normal behavior.
