Email with GTUBE not going to quarantine

Anyone know why emails with GTUBE -- the Generic Test for Unsolicited Bulk Email, aren't label as SPAM and then sent to quarantine? Most SPAM filters do this by default? Is there a way to setup a ANTI-SPAM policy for a string?

I tried the same thing and its verdict is phish while the BCL = 0. Did you analyse the message headers of the test email as well?

Thanks for the reply, when I send a test message it is delivered. I haven't had a chance to analyze the headers
