Can't download Defender package from MS 365 Defender portal

Hi all,

I'm trying to download the Defender package but I'm getting stuck at the first step:

In Microsoft 365 Defender, navigate to Settings > Endpoints > Onboarding

When I go Settings > Endpoints, I see "Initializing page..." at the top, but then it disappears and I get a totally blank page with a URL of security.microsoft.com/preferences2/general

I've got a MS Defender for Endpoint P1 license assigned to me, and I'm an admin. So not sure why that page isn't populating properly.

Anyone have any ideas I can try?

i have a same problem.

One acc for organization is ok, acc for another organization have a problem with open this page.

Can anybody say why it is?
