I could be wrong, but I'd suspect that the more prevalant risk for ADFS is from external attacks and password sprays? 

Thoughts?

Hi @David Caddick ,

Correct, but these attacks are flowing to the on-premise, since this is how ADFS works.

So at the end every attack that starts from the cloud has an on-premise side that should be covered.

In addition, these Servers are on-premise, and can be targeted also from inside and not only from the cloud.
