Maintenance Mode

Is there a way to put alerts for Fire (or any other department) in “maintenance mode”? Departments can do this prior to starting RFCs or software maintenance and that way we don’t have to deal with false alerts.

Would you mind elaborate your question a bit and share example?
In case you want to integrate Fire alarm system with software, it is possible using IoT and like when they detect smoke or any sensors, then they alert and then , it is possible to write some code to show it as a message or add it into a task to perform some actions.
