How long should support take to accept my case

I get teams can get busy, but support still has not accepted my case that I opened a week ago. I know smaller businesses get treated like the red-headed step child, but this is ridiculous when no one has even made contact with me within the SLA. I have called twice into Global support and asked them to get someone to contact me. Case is 119041721002362.
