Emails that link incorrectly Block by Windows Defender

I have send an email through send grid to my customer using my office 365 account. The email has a link hosted by send grid but when receiver click the link i got the error message. Is there any Portal where I can whitelist this link to ATP?

You can try adding the url to the trusted sites and turn of Smartscreen for that zone, but I would not recommend that. https://support.knowbe4.com/hc/en-us/articles/360010249974-How-Do-I-Whitelist-Phish-Link-and-Landing...

You can report a false positive:

From the warning, you can choose to report this site as a safe site. Click the link for More information then click Report that this site does not contain threats. Follow the instructions on the feedback site to complete this process.
